AN INTERACTIVE TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR LEADERS DEDICATED TO REDUCING MENTAL HEALTH STIGMA IN THE WORKPLACE
This is the only conference focused specifically on mental health at work. Business leaders, human resource and mental health professionals will gain hands on, interactive experiences with professionally trained actors of applied improvisation and theatre of the oppressed.
This experience is not for leaders looking to take notes from a powerpoint all day. It’s designed to help leaders learn cutting edge ways of becoming an ally and reducing the stigma of mental health in the workplace.
You'll learn practical strategies for implementing mental health support both in the workplace and beyond.
You and your team will learn how to build C.O.R.E.:
-
CONNECT with a person you may be concerned about.
-
OBSERVE shifts in mood and behavior that may be signs of potential mental health challenges.
-
RESPOND to a struggling employee by connecting them with resources, supports and services.
-
EMPOWER employees by reducing stigma, building resilience, and assessing self-care.
-
PLUS, you and your team will learn how to reduce stigma, build employee resilience, build your business's mental health plan AND assess self-care.
and all the in betweens that leaders face as they learn how to support the mental health of their workplace. This is your time to learn from industry leading workplace mental health leaders and allyship experts.
Because... creating a culture of care is work. It's hard work. But, it is worth it.
